Workshop Refund Policy
Refund Policy – Rotorua Potters Group
At Rotorua Potters Group, we understand that sometimes plans change. To help us manage workshop materials, tutor time, and limited spaces fairly, we have the following refund policy:
Workshop Refunds:
Cancellations more than 7 days before the workshop
A full refund will be offered.Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop
A 50% refund may be offered at our discretion, depending on whether we’re able to fill your spot.No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer in these cases, due to the short notice.
Multi-Session Workshops:
If you're unable to attend one or more sessions of a multi-week workshop:
A partial refund may be offered if notice is given before the workshop begins.
Once the course has started, refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
How to Request a Refund:
Please email us at rotoruapottersworkshops@gmail.com with your name, workshop details, and reason for cancellation. We’ll do our best to work with you in a fair and timely manner.
